Traffic was disrupted on the I-10 East Freeway in Houston after a multi-vehicle collision triggered a major lane closure early Tuesday morning. Authorities say the eastbound lanes near Cedar Lane are shut down following a three-vehicle crash involving an overturned heavy truck.

A fuel leak from the overturned vehicle prompted HazMat units to respond. Fire and EMS are also on the scene.
